Are we all down i am missing most of my channels and the ones i have are missing sound......thanks for the help. It has been this way several days

nothing has been reproted my frined. have you try hard boot from rear switch.

You can try to reboot via rear switch, if it doesn't work. Do factory reset and rescan your sat's.

Feb 3rd fix needs update? I re-scanned and still no info on any network and lots of channels have no sound?? Are we getting a new fix??

I don't think is the fix, got to be your settings or the cables.

Which cables are you using? Is your auto Dolby set to off?

It's very well possible that is the latest fix. Viewsat MAX had the same problem and there was a improvement fix released to fix those issues.
This is what it did for VS MAX i am sure there will be a new fix released for VS 9000 as well.

This makes some improvements specifically with Audio and Video as well as fixes a few bugs. It also changes the way browsing through the EPG is done. It has been changed to allow you to continue watching the current channel on the preview video while manually entering a channel number for the EPG to change to without changing the channel you’re currently watching until you hit the ok button.
