Factory reset then load this file http://www.ftaprofessionals.tv/views...11-2008-a.html
Then the latest fix http://www.ftaprofessionals.tv/views....html#post5876 Rescan and you should be good to go.

No I have never had to before. It looks as if I leave the unit on and not do a hard boot it is working fine right now but if I do a hard boot it goes ---- and stays there. I guess my question is can I just leave the unit like it is and it be fine ? Thanks for the answers.

Yes it should be fine if you have loaded the the old fix from feb.03 then the new updated fix.

It is a glitch in new VS Platinum fix,VS coders are aware of it and are working on better fix. This should solve the problem for you guys until new fix is available.
Download latest fix,power on then turn off auto roll, power off then on front switch, Turn on auto roll, power off then on again then wait to roll. (Don't turn back switch off!!)

I didnt do a reset all I did was let the keys roll untill the pic came up and I did not do a hard boot like I normally do. The problem is if I cut the unit off and back on it will go to ---- and I will have to load fix again. I am going to leave it as is untill new fix but thanks for the help.

Doing a hard boot freezes the receiver with this fix.Just leave it as it is until we get better fix. Thanks for update.
