hi i live in the southwest im down to one net. hd channel only l.a. lost salt lake last night slowly going away is anyone else having this prob please help

Would you please tell us what sats you are aimed at.Some channels are already switching to N3 so you will not get them.Allot of international channel are moved to N3 and others to follow.

idid load sat file didfactory file did reaim sat. did they mave to a spot beam???? put back to orig then put in sk200 no luck did all over again still nothing any ideas thank you

I set up a VS Max and it would not pick up a sat until I set the Time in user settings.That sounds funny but I was told to do it and it worked.Try it and let us know.
