will receive files,but the "Q" and the "S" are at zero.Not sure what the problem

Sounds like your dish settings are wrong.

Can you please let us know which switch and dish are you using.

I would check the connection first, most likely it's a loose cable. Check all the cables and make sure they are all tight and not damaged. If the cables are good it's possible that your dish has moved.

tried a new eye and new cable and it doe's the samething do you think the box just died because it was work about a week ago

I do not think its a bad lnb problem.No I don't feel your receiver is bad.Your dish has moved or your dish settings are incorrect or it is a connection problem.Are you using a diseqc switch.The dish pro does not need a switch it has one inside.
