how do i get lasvegas locals hd i found them on 129 if i use 10600 instead of 11250 but then i get no la salt lake say no audio video

Updated TP's transponders. That is what the sat info file does updates the latest TP changes.

You can try factory reset and do a blind scan instead of a regular scan. Blind scan scans more TP's so you might get those channels using same frequency. A lot of channels on 129W have moved and are still moving to N3 that might be the reason why the frequencies are different.
