Default Ultra help

I have my ultra set up in one room would like to move it to another room without having to go outside and swap the cables, hooked up a splitter to it i get nothing to both cables, any ideas

did you use the switch that came with ur reciever?


could be ur ports got switched around go into setting and put sat 119 on port1 and sat 110 port 2 maybe could be port 3 or 4 depending on the switch u are trying to use,,,let us know if you need further assistance!!!

or it could go sat 110 port 1 and sat 119 port 2

Ok here's another way you can connect the wires the same as the way they were b4 is go and get a couple barrel connectors and then add them to ur extra cables,,,then theres no switch to go threw ...

If you used the regular splitter that is used for cable TV it will not work for fta receiver. Easiest thing to do would be if you have dual LNB's to run 2 short cables from your LNB's to a new Discq switch and another longer cable from the switch to the additional room. Unfortunately you will have to go outside in order to get it to work.
