For someone that has no idea what fta is I would say no.The basic programing is the same except you need a router for the internet.nFusion is IKS and is able to receive most of bev sats where standalone receivers cannot.Checkout this nF setup video Putski posted and you see how easy it is to setup.

you will need to go and do a Factory Default and reload it all up again and scan ur sats,,,remeber to write down ur settings incase you dont know them...and next time you have a issue go to the Viewsat Discussion and start ur own Thread.......Please and Thank You
