I don't know what happen

- I lost all my satellites except for 110 and 119, those two are the only ones showing in my antenna setup
- Whenever I do a re-boot I lost all my antenna setting for some reason it is defaulting back
- I'm trying to scan my satellites (110 & 119) and no channels are picking up

Can you help

Sounds like you have loaded some kind of channel list or sat file. If you do a factory reset than load the factory file you should have that fixed. Than load the fix file and setup the dish settings.

I am still showing just 110 and 119. But if I can get them to scan I would be find. Everytime I scan 110 or 119 it don't find any channels. When I re-boot it don't hold it setting and I have to set the satellite up again

Unless your receiver shows that your locked on to 110 and 119 you could have a dish to receiver connection problem or your dish has moved.It also could be that you have bad weather in your area.

How do I check to make sure that my receiver is not showing locked on 110 or 119. My dish to receiver connection are find because my other receiver work plus if I used channel master I get channels they all in the 4000 and I change to dish package. everytime i scan the satellites are not picking up channels. I reset, faclory bin and reset again and it still want pick up channels

On sat 119 the TP FREQ IS ON 12225 i don't have a 12224. Is that ok

Try setting tp freq on 119 at 12239 and see if you get quality and your locked in.

All my channels are back but they range from 4000 thru 4692. I put the rec on dish package and the channels are the same still starting at 4000. What can I do

You need to go into your menu and look for sort by sid and turn it on. That should put all your channels in the right order for charlie, let us know if there is still a problem after that

I might have to rescan. When I scan I scan over a channel list that was already on the rec. Would that make a diff

You should not need to rescan to sort the channels but sounds like you have a channel list that is not working very good so I would do a factory reset.
