I think your problem is low signal on both satellites. For the receiver to work properly you need minimum 80% signal.

dridgell after you set your sat info up then you go on down the page on your screen and you will see lnb power and tp freq. will be below that and you will highlight tp freq. and then you can change your freq. settings from 12224 to 12239 and then hit save. Now when you go back into menu set up later on it will show your tp freq at 12224, but that is ok unless you are having problems, then you can set it back again. Your problem is not there, sounds like you need to move your dish a little, your 110 setting at Q 92 is good, but 119 at Q 23 is way to low, you need to home your dish in a little better. Then do your set up again and rescan your birds. Hope this helps, if not, just let us know

Life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat you right.Love the ones who do not, just because you can.Believe everything happens for a reason. If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands. If it changes your life, let it.Kiss slowly.Forgive quickly.God never said life would be easy.He just promised it would be worth it.

You do not have to be crazy to be my friend, but it sure helps.................
