Fiorama not sure what viewsat you have or what fix you have downloaded, so the only thing I can tell you to do at this time is a hard boot first(switch off switch on back of receiver for a minute and then back on) see what that does, if nothing, then you can do a factory default and download load the latest fix again to your desktop and unzip it and reload it to your receiver and set up your birds again and rescan your channels, don't forget to check your setting and make sure that all are correct such as ports set right if you have disq. switch and remember if your looking at bird 119 you must set tp freq. to 12239 to pick up S & Q so you can scan channels. If this does not work, check your S & Q and make sure they are ready high and all other setting are still set right. Give us a little more info if you are still having problems
