i have an extreme and i figure ill go to true fta but i dont know what prog to load on the box,or do i need one .do i just point to 123 and scan,do i do a factory reset on the box. can someone point me to a step by step tutorial please

all you need is a factory file to make true FTA work

and find the sat ur looking for then scan ur channels


so if you have an old bin in ur STB then I would say do a factory default and then load new Factory file ,,find sat and scan ur channels

Yes you will have to do factory reset,load latest factory file and rescan, it's very simple once your dish is aligned to true fta sat.

will my standard DN dual lnb dish work for 123W?

No you need a 30" or bigger dish and a linear LNB.
