New Files - Updates - Fixes for WF

WSTESTER EVERYONE should update their receiver and Weather Forecaster with the latest files for their receiver. flash receivers and do Serial Update. New version of WF is DX-X00-N APP 2.00.04. New version of software fixes an issue that causes wf's to clear memory that includes security features causing. Fix for units already out of service is expected by Wednesday Next week. PLEASE hold on to Unit till next week.
