2) load the latest Factory bin - PFTAUSW-100902U Update WF >>> Viewsat Ultra Factory WF File Sep.17.2010

3) load the latest iks bin - PFTAUSW-101216U Update WF >>> Viewsat Ultra WF FTA Fix Dec.17.2010

4) reset satellite settings before you scan channels

I have a Viewsat Ultra 2000. I followed the above directions and still cant get any channels to come in. I have 86 for S and 99 for Q. I did a channel scan and it locked on to over 100 channels. So I saved the information. And when I tried to exit so I could go to channels it only says no audo or video. There is also a $ sign that is lite when I scroll through not sure if maybe that is what is causing the problems. Please Help!!!!!!!

There is nothing wrong with your receiver, all VS receivers that work with WF are down for the past few days.Most likely we will need a new file and it will posted as soon it's released in files section. Don't change your settings it's server related issue.
