I have been trying to set up my new wf. Read most of the discussions regarding setting up viewsat and wf. The problem is that everytime I try to update the sw on the wf using 100320 bin, I get the failed message. I know the wf works because I can get the weather. Just can not get past this update to get wf to 2.00.03. Any suggestions?

followed everything in the instruction. just can not get the wf to update during the network s/w update for it.

Are you set on dhcp?

Turn receiver off and unplug power from wf then try a full reboot first thing bootup is modem then router then receiver and wf.

Yes. I have the network setting set to dhcp. I have ip address. Also did a complete power cycle of my setting including the modem, router etc. Right now I did load the latest bin for ultra and updated the wf to 2.00.14 but I do not have any sound and picture.

Do you get cnl 101 if so try cnl 200.

There was an issue with latest shipment of WF's which could be your problem, do you have have one of these serial numbers ?

101 works fine but 200 has no video and audio have been tuned to it for a while. Do you think I have to try and re do everything?

Just checked the serial number on my wf and it is included in your post. Thanks so much FTA PRO and EKIM for the quick reply and support. I will just wait for update regarding this problem.

Sorry we couldn't get you going but will update once we find out more.
