I am using 2 viewsat ultra. 1 running using an old WF that I purchased about a year ago, the second ultra using the new WF that I purchased about a month and a half ago. Problem I have right now, the ultra running on the old WF stopped working today. Checked everything and nothing has changed. Tried using the new WF with the same box and it is working. I need help to troubleshoot the old WF.

Leave it as it is for now,many users are unable to connect to the server at all you are one of the lucky ones that is still connected.When a new file comes out and server connection issue is fixed we can troubleshoot the old WF if needed.

No worries my man, we'll figure it out once they solve the server issue.Also don't turn your receiver off at night until we get a new file.

I loaded the july 22 wf file and nothing, all I get is no audio and video. Is there a server issue going on?

Yes there is so do nothing to your receiver other than a reboot.But at this time that will not help.
