?, i got a message that has asked me for accout authentication. Is this a modem or cable issue?

Try a hard boot if it doesn't work go to menu, serial setup, sw upgrade.Also reboot your modem and router.

My unit is working on some channels only as of today. The PPV's are all gone and the Channels 492-498 also are not working..Anyone have a clue what is going on?

Work is still being done on the servers so channel selection will be changing, it was nice to have PPV's open for a few days but we knew that won't last for long.
