i got wf i set up but no regional menu comes up and also upgrade failed.

I already cleared the information in my viewsat by going to the factory default but how do i get the VIEWSAT_ULTRA_VO146.PGM? im confused and new to this ive never done it before can u guide me on how to get to the VIEWSAT_ULTRA_VO146.PGM??

That is a factory file and can be downloaded here - Viewsat Ultra - Factory File Version 146 - March 2009

Can u guide me on how to get the 2.0 loader?? because i already downloaded the program VIEWSAT_ULTRA_V0146.PGM to my desktop but i am having difficulties downloading the program from my computer to the viewsat ultra threw the usb port... can i tranfser it threw the usb port or do i need the 2.0 loader??

When using loader you have to hook up your receiver to your PC via null cable that came with your box and then load factory file.You can download the loader here - Viewsat Ultra Loader

instructions on how to use it are attached with the loader.Please keep in mind that VS server is down at the moment so even when you set everything up you will still have no video or audio message on your screen until server issue is fixed.

i installed 146.pgm .do i need bin 100322/100320 and if do can u guide me to download. would it matter if got receiver in 08. to work

You need to learn how to navigate the forum. Go to the top left of this page and then click the "Home Page" button. Then scroll down to "viewsat support" and "Viewsat Ultra Fta Files", click onto that. Than scroll down and click onto "Viewsat Ultra FTA Fix Files". The file numbers are by dates, the 100322 file would be the file from Mar 22, 2010 and the file 100320 would be the file from Mar 20, 2010.
