There is a windows version of the wfemu out there that works just like the linux version. It will run in tandem with the windows version of rq-sssp client

Everyone that is even interested should head over to page and
Grab either the 86/32 or 64 bit version of their program depending on what operating system your currently running, might be hard to find the downloads, BUT IF YOU LOOK CLOSE UNDER THE GREEN BUTTON it says "browse all files", well anyways if you grab the right version you should not have any problems installing it at all, once installed open up it's setup gui (the program in the picture below. you can get to it from your start menu. then setup your port names and checkboxes like mine don't worry about virtual port 0 just make your 0 look like my 1 yours shouldn't have as many as mine. once you have COM4 and COM5 setup as below we will need to config rq-ssp's cofig file.Files are below.




set the rq-sssp config file as such

card_server_url=newcamd://....blah blah blah just copy and paste it from your email or vmware

****If you want to run multiple servers simutaniously you have to input the lines like this*****
card_server_url_1=newcamd://username: password@domain name or server IP:Port number/des key/
card_server_url_2=newcamd://username: password@domain name or server IP:Port number/des key/
etc
etc

To disable a server without deleting it, just make it a statement by adding a number sign to the beginning of the line.

Rq client claims has the ability to run 65 servers at the same time..

It starts to freeze if you have 3 or more enabled at the same time.

Don't forget to change "bit per second" to 115200




The earlier wfemu versions was report that data was being logged so they were removed.No harm was done.The new teknical 1.4.5 version does not log data.

- Changed GUI setup to 2 panes for better trouble shooting
- Had to make GUI window larger to accommodate the added information output
- Set GUI font to a fixed font for easier reading
- Computer's IP address returned when looking at Network Version
- Setting debug_level=0 in wfemu.cfg hides the rq-sssp-client window
- Added more error checking with errors split between 2 panes to help identify which component is having problems more quickly
- RQ-SSSP pane displays card server status as well as displaying how long it takes to get a control word
- RQ-SSSP console window is titled for easier identification
- More code optimization
- --- Ready for Requests --- and --- Card Server Status --- signify a working configuration
- Possible fix for Viewsat communications becoming unresponsive

Open vs-sssp-client.conf in notepad and change "serial_port=" and "wfemu_serial_port=" to match your virtual com port settings from com0com. If you need to install comocom see the "com0com" folder.
