A Kissimmee SWAT team this morning raided a an Osceola County school employee's home and seized crack, cocaine, marijuana and thousands of dollars.
Police said this is the second time officials raided the home at 2030 McLaren Circle owned by Annette Bell, 39, a janitor who works in school-district offices.
Records show SWAT officers burst into the home in December 2008 and seized several grams of drugs, guns and ammunition.
Osceola court records show the home was built for Bell by Habitat for Humanity of Osceola County in October 2002. Officials at the organization said they still hold a mortgage on Bell's house.
Bell, who has a warrant out for her arrest, could be forced from her home, according to the contract she signed with Habitat for Humanity.
"That's what we're hoping for," Kissimmee police spokeswoman Stacie Miller said. "We don't want to go there again, but we will, if we have to."
Miller said investigators had called Habitat for Humanity officials after the 2008 arrests, but nothing happened.
Pat Filippone of Habitat for Humanity of Osceola County said she was unaware police had called the organization after the December arrests. She said the organization's attorneys are reviewing the case.
"The resident is in partnership with Habitat for Humanity for the lifetime of the mortgage," Filippone said. "They must be advocates of Habitat and not conduct any illegal activities at the home."
A school district official said Bell was hired in February 2008 and she worked in district offices and had no contact with students.
During today's raid, officers arrested Dilleon D. Price, 27; James Jones, 25; Javoris Bell, 25; Santwon Bell, 23; Rashaud Bell, 32; and Cleveland McCall, 19. They face multiple drug charges.
Price suffered a bite from a K-9 dog during his arrest. Rescue crews transported him to a local hospital for treatment and then booked him at the Osceola County Jail.
Police also issued arrest warrants for Dontril L. Wilcox and Julian McMillion. They face drug charges.
