Obama won with hollow plattitudes of "Change" and little more. Gotta hand it to the guy that he is in the right time and place and can orate with the best out there.

Frankly I don't care what skin colour the guy is.

BUT what I do care about is his ideologies. When an economy turns down into a recession/depression you cannot have the govt bail it out. There is a natural cycle to be followed, and tinkering with it by racking up massive amounts of government debt will only lead to other problems down the road. Think about FDR and "how he turned a depression into the Great Depression". In the meantime while we wait for this economic mess to sort itself out go read Adam Smith.

Obama is dangerous with his lefty socialist views. He may very well change the USofA so that it no longer resembles its former bastion of freedom. His views on criminal justice leave me shaking my head, and taxing others in order to give hand outs to others does not work. If he turns it into a socialist state then you can expect the same problems that are apparent in Europe and north of the border in Kanada.

If you support the Second Amendment and the right to bear arms (specifically concealed carry for self defence) then you are going to be crying. And for those of you who are smart enough to equate this right with the bigger picture of personal freedom and not being a slave to the state (where the nanny state will look after you from cradle to grave) then cherish those freedoms while they still exist.

Obama is very dangerous.

having the values he has stated in his pre-election face offs, we the people have elected him. i see mostly good in all of us. yes there are the ones that jerk us off and feed us bull sh*t (our goverment),good and bad.good-bye bush.alot of us live poor and rich and in between.kind of like nine out ten can't drive.yeah and then not everyone is all there up stairs either.( i'll be back) california gov.i hope his staff can work together.i like his dedication to change.

I think ppl expect from Obama to much to soon. The whole world thinks new president is going to solve all their problems over night. We have to give the guy some time, especially now that the whole world is in recession. I think he will bring the change but it's going to take some time.

Yeah fatboy i don't like politicians either they all promise what people want to hear and never deliver. Yeah Sarah is pretty hot, her only problem is she is a Republican and they destroyed USA economy in last few years. I wish she was a Democrat so we can see more of her.

I hear you out loud about the Firearms, so i bought 5 more guns this summer now i need to buy a boat load of amo, the prices are gonna go sky high for amo, and gonna be almost impossible to buy guns!!! Thats kinda Sad for all the people that hunt for Food...If a guy has been hunting for say 30 years then he should be able to bear arms!! With out any problems!

Hunting and gun collecting are just hobbies and nothing more. The antis never forget this and tell us that we can do without our guns since these uses are simply hobbies that we can do without!

The real reason for owning firearms are for self defence and to keep government honest and respectful of the people. These uses are unarguable and something that we all have as inherent rights - I realize that a lot of lefties out there forget this or conveniently deny it.
